Firoz Lalji's Vision: Empowering African Leaders through Education and Diversity
At Zones, we are committed to social responsibility and are proud to have a Chairman and CEO like Firoz Lalji, who is equally dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. In 2012, Firoz Lalji and his wife founded the Programme for African Leadership (PfAL) at the London School of Economics, which offers scholarships to develop the next generation of African leaders.
Mr. and Mrs. Lalji later endowed the LSE Institute for Africa, named the Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa (FLIA), contributing toward their commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. By endowing the FLIA, Firoz Lalji has created a sustainable legacy that will have a lasting impact on the education and development of future African leaders. In addition to his work with the FLIA, Lalji sits on several advisory boards, including the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and the London School of Economics.
