Points and discount levels

Every time you make an Adobe Volume Licensing purchase, you earn points (one point is equivalent to approximately one U.S. dollar). This point system enables Adobe to use a common terminology worldwide, regardless of currency. The number of points you've earned determines the discount level for which you will qualify in your AVL program. Adobe offers three program options, each with unique discount level structures. In addition, each program offers special pricing for government and education customers.

25,000 Points. Customers make a purchase based on the value of the initial order. Customer get both a immediate savings and two-year period for maintaining those savings level
Medium to large organizations
Designed for larger organizations with increased discount levels based on the initial order amount. The CLP is available worldwide to commercial, government, and educational organizations.
Adobe Transactional Licensing Program (TLP)
1 Point. Customers make a purchase based on the value of the initial order with no further order commitment beyond that initial order. Additional orders may qualify the customer for a higher discount level.
Small to medium businesses
The TLP is open to commercial, government, and education customers.
Adobe Enterprise Agreements(EA)2
Minimum initial purchase of 100 new, upgrade, or upsell licenses for products in either the Acrobat Family or the Creative Suite Family to easily standardize software across the organization
Medium to Large Enterprise Businesses, Creative Agencies or Organizations
Organizations with policies that support centralized purchasing and want to extend discount levels globally to their affiliates and subsidiaries.
Student and Teacher Licensing Program
No, there is no minimum order quantity for products purchased under the Student Licensing Program. All Student Licensing orders can be at any quantity for titles offered under the program.
