Office 365

Office 365 is licensed on a flexible, per-user per-month subscription plan with predictable annual costs. You get familiar Microsoft Office collaboration and productivity tools delivered through the cloud.

Office 2013
Microsoft Office 2013 includes the latest versions of the essential Office applications and is licensed per device. Office 2013 is available in three retail editions or through Microsoft Volume Licensing desktop applications. If you want to install the traditional retail versions of Office 2013 on multiple devices, you'll need to buy separate licenses for each device.
