Block Time Advance Purchase (BTAP) provides benefits similar to those of companies using standard service level agreements; at the same time delivers the flexibility required by today's business pace. BTAP customers receive priority response just the same as contract customers, but without a contractual commitment. BTAP is designed for almost any IT service for the user who needs a variety of on-demand services. Here are a few examples of how BTAP service could be deployed:
- Preventative Maintenance on printers, such as installing printer kits or cleaning printers
- On-demand Time & Materials based requirements, such as troubleshooting PCs, servers and printers
- Custom projects, such as a once per month visit for a "health maintenance check" on existing equipment at one or more sites
